NPSG uses SolidWorks 2022 and PLM systems to design and control product data. Design for manufacturing and programming software include Amada nesting and bending, BLM tube works, and BLM Art Tube, Fanuc weld, and Gema powder control.

• We work with customer's existing designs in many formats from napkin sketch to complex assemblies
• MFP uses the latest Engineering tools including:
• SOLIDWORKS Modeling and sheet metal
• PDM Pro for design and document control
• AutoCad and BLUEBEAM for architectural components and prints
• SOLIDWORKS simulation for FEA and analysis
• Amada- AP100US and 3i for flat and bending programming
• BLM Art tube – Design and cutting for tube and profile parts
• Our qualified Design Services can help with simple part drawings or full assemblies or products
• We also perform Test Services to validate design requirements or support data for external certifications.
• Ergonomic and safety problem solving for warehouse and factory processes where current equipment does not meet performance needs.
