The MFP process

  • DFMA- Design for Manufacturing and Assembly- Our vast experience with manufacturing methods and automation installations is a wealth of knowledge for best practice for parts and complex assemblies.
  • Value Stream Management- We plan, manage and participate in the whole process from design through fabrication to customers installations and products.
  • Automated Equipment- The Sparks locations were set up in 2021 with new automated machines and manufacturing technology for high accuracy and repeatability.
  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly and Kitting- Value added services and planning shorten launch and life cycles while saving money.
  • Logistics- Our Logistics team understands the industry  and successfully coordinates 8000+ shipments a year.
